5 Ideas for Infusing Your Day with Nature

I had a lot of fun creating this infographic for you, “5 Ideas for Infusing Your Day with Nature.” I wanted to share it as a thank you to everyone who attended my recent “Outdoors for Energy” Challenge. I host a Challenge each season with the intention of sharing ways to infuse your life with the power of nature in order to improve your overall health, confidence and joy.

This infographic summarizes a piece of content from my recent Challenge. In the Challenge, I rattled off a few of the many health benefits to getting yourself outdoors on a regular basis. And I know we all have busy lives, so I wanted to give some ideas on how to take your normal routine and “naturize” it (maybe I can coin this term).

My DIRTY30® concept is also in this infographic. This is the most important concept and one I feel strongly about. We all need to get outdoors on a regular basis. It is too important to wait for the weekend, or the summer (LOL). My DIRTY30® concept takes the health benefits of nature and then adds a goal widely recognized by the health and fitness industry of 150 minutes of movement each week. Therefore, if you can get moving outdoors, for 30 minutes, five days a week, you will have your nature and movement goals completed. Cool, eh!?!
